Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Neeraj Upadhyay, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel From the instructions placed on the record, it is evident that the opposite party has duly sanctioned the claim of medical reimbursement and forwarded it to the concerned authority for disposal.
The Court further notes that in the writ petition the direction issued was that if the payment is not made within two months, the applicant shall also be entitled to interest.
In view thereof, nothing further survives in this petition, which shall stand disposed of.
