Present writ petition is filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 1 to decide the case no. 260/87-88 under section 209 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, at the earliest as possible within the time fixed by the Hon'ble Court.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent no. 1, Sub. Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil-Haidergarh, District-Barabanki, is directed to consider and decide the case no. 260/87-88 under section 209 of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, expeditiously, in accordance with law, if possible, within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
With the aforesaid present writ petition is disposed of.
