Petitioner has filed this petition claiming following relief:-
"i. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to comply the order passed on 10.8.2020 passed by Commissioner Saharanpur Division Saharanpur (respondent no. 2) so that the dispute regarding the demarcation of the land of the petitioner may be resolved within stipulated time period as directed by the Hon'ble Court."
This Court is not an executing Court to execute the orders of the Commissioner, Saharanpur and petitioner has a remedy under appropriate law to get the orders of the revenue Authorities, executed. Even provisions of CPC are applicable in regard to the execution, therefore petition seeking execution of the orders of the revenue Authorities is devoid of merit and is dismissed.
