Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
From the perusal of the record it appears that this revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 23.6.2009 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Faizabad in Criminal Misc. case No. 136 of 2009 whereby the appeal has been dismissed at the stage of the admission and the order dated 16.6.2009 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Faizabad in case no. 269 of 2007 under sections 323, 506, 376 IPC P.S. Jagdishpur, District Sultanpur whereby the prayer for bail has been refused.
From the perusal of he record it appears that learned Sessions Judge, Faizabad has not passed a reasoned order though the appeal was dismissed in absene of learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, it is directed that learned Sessions Judge, Faizagad shall pass a fresh order after affording opportunity of being heard to both the parties in accordance with law if possible within one month from the date of producton of certified copy of this order.
With this direction, this application is finally disposed of.
