JUDGMENT / ORDER

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19.05.2016, the learned Standing Counsel has received the instruction from Joint Secretary, Govt. of U.P. dated 04.07.2016, which is taken on record.
The instruction reveals that the respondent no.2 has sent a proposal to the State Government seeking its approval for enhancement of the retirement age from 58 years to 60 years inasmuch as on 01.07.2016 the proposal has been forwarded to the Finance Department for its approval where the matter is still pending.
Having regard to the said fact, put up this case on 26.07.2016 in the additional cause list.
