Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The applicant by means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has prayed for quashing orders whereby non-bailable warrant and process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C. have been issued against him.
I may record that the incident took place in the year 2001 and the applicant has absconded for past more than a decade. No interference is warranted.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is, accordingly, dismissed.
