JUDGMENT / ORDER

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that vide order dated 19.10.2011 passed in Civil Application No. 194 of 2010 in Company Petition No. 35 of 1988, the Court had directed the Registry to amend the cause title of the present petition as certain respondents had been permitted to be joined therein. It appears from the board that the Registry has not carried out the amendments in the cause title of this petition. The same be done on or before the next date of hearing.
