Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioners have prayed for following relief:-
"(i) Direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Saharanpur to decide application 6GA-2 filed in O.S. No. 255 of 2021, Ramdulari and others vs. Yashpal and others within one month or date fix in the suit i.e. 27.8.2021 (Annexure-2 to this petition)."
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid 6GA-2 application of the petitioners filed in O.S. No.- 255 of 2021, strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and giving full opportunity of hearing to the appearing parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
