The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No.869 of 2009 (Chandrabali vs. Ramsumer) be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.869 of 2009 shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
