This writ petition has been filed for issuing of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3, i.e., Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur and Station House Officer, Police Station- Sarai Khwaja District- Jaunpur to ensure the fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No. 0381 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366 & 120-B I.P.C. Police Station- Sarai Khwaja District- Jaunpur and submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
It is alleged that F.I.R. was lodged on 30.12.2018 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of present case, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3, i.e., Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur and Station House Officer, Police Station- Sarai Khwaja District- Jaunpur to ensure the fair and impartial investigation in Case Crime No. 0381 of 2018, under Sections 363, 366 & 120-B I.P.C. Police Station- Sarai Khwaja District- Jaunpur and submission of police report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
