Sri Neeraj Upadhyay, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that eviction order in proceedings under section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 was passed by the competent authority. Aggrieved parties have taken remedy by filing appeal/ revision, wherein, an order of status quo has been passed.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to participate in the pending appeal/revision.
