Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaunpur to decide Suit No. 1123/2013, Ramdhari Vs. Munni within a stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Jaunpur to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
