In a suit of the year 2002, issues were framed on 7.5.2007. The grievance of the petitioner is that the suit was not being decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the court below may now proceed and decide the Suit No. 533 of 2002 expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. Adjournment shall be granted only under very pressing circumstances and that too after imposing heavy costs on the party seeking adjournment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
