Heard Mohd. Imran Khan holding brief of Sri P. N. Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant, Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the complainant and Sri A. R. Chaurasia, learned AGA for the State.
This is a correction application for correction of the order dated 30.05.2019 passed by this Court.
Following necessary corrections be made in the order dated 30.05.2019:-
Let words "Let the appellant Guddu Katheriya convicted and sentenced in S.T. No. 75 of 2013 arising out of Case Crime No. 607 of 2012 under Section 302 I.P.C. and S.T. No. 76 of 2013 arising out of case crime no. 661 of 2012 under section 3/25/27 Arms Act, police station Chhibramau, District Kannauj" which appears in 5th paragraph of the order be deleted, so as to be replaced by words "Let the appellant Ramdhan convicted and sentenced in S.T. No.106 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No.246 of 2015 under Sections 302, 120B I.P.C., S.T. No.290 of 2016 arising out of case crime no.255 of 2015 under section 3/25/27 Arms Act, S.T. No.389 of 2016 arising out of Case Crime No.256 of 2015 under Section 3/25/27 Arms Act related to police station Jansath, District Muzaffarnagar".
The order dated 30.05.2019 is corrected accordingly. Accordingly, the present correction application stands allowed.
