Heard Shri Manohar Prasad Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Apurva Hajela, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Shri Diwakar Singh, learned counsel for the third respondent.
The only grievance of the petitioner is that the Suit No.221/2013 (Gaon Sabha vs. Chhote Lal and another) under Section 122B of UP Z.A & L.R. Act is pending before the second respondent but the same has not been decided so far.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the aforesaid suit is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent to consider and decide aforesaid case by a speaking order within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
