By order dated 14.12.2017 in Criminal Misc. Writ No. 27851 of 2017, a direction was issued to the opposite party to suspervise the investigation of Case Crime No. 0433/2017 under Section 366 IPC and ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay.
On matter being taken up today, Sri Neeraj Upadhyay, learned Chief Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions received by him from Superintendent of Police, Fatehpur, according to which, after investigation, final report has been submitted in the matter on 18.3.2018, before the Court.
Since the investigation has already been completed and therefore, this Court does not find any good reason to proceed further in the instant matter.
The contempt application is accordingly consigned to record.
