Re:Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.03 of 2021 This correction application has been moved and it has been pleaded that the instant appeal was filed against the order dated 02.08.2019 in S.T. No. 189 of 2014, Case Crime No.1235 of 2013, under Sections 147, 148, 452, 307/149, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and also convicting the appellant no.4 in S.T. No.190 of 2014, Case Crime No. 1300 of 2013, under Section 25 Arms Act and also convicting the appellant no.6 in S.T. No. 191 of 2014, Case Crime No. 1334 of 2013, under Section 25 Arms Act which is mentioned in the memo of appeal and also in the prayer. Due to typographical mistake in the order dated 04.08.2021 passed by this Court, the details of Section 25 Arms Act against the appellants no.4 and 6 is not mentioned in the aforesaid order and prayer has been made for correction of the order dated 04.08.2021.
From the perusal of the record, it appears that averments made in the correction application is correct, hence, the correction application is liable to be allowed.
The correction application is allowed.
Appellant no. 4- Guddu in S.T. No.190 of 2014, Case Crime No. 1300 of 2013, under Section 25 Arms Act and appellant no.6- Maiku @ Ajaypal @ Pahalwan in S.T. No. 191 of 2014, Case Crime No. 1334 of 2013, under Section 25 Arms Act are admitted to bail in continuation of the order dated 04.08.2021 and this order will be part of the order dated 04.08.2021.
