Learned Standing Counsel has produced instructions wherein it has been stated that on 02.01.2018, notice was served on the petitioner. However, since there is an alternative remedy available to the petitioner for challenging the orders impugned in the instant writ petition, this writ petition is being dismissed with a direction that the petitioner may avail such alternative remedy as might be available to him.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
