1. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that restoration application filed (by respondent nos. 3 and 4 herein) in Case No. 133/5/12/013 of 2012 (Computerized Case No. T201915060102990 (Ramchet & Anr. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.), filed under Section 29/41 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, before respondent no.2- Upziladhikari/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Sadar, Disrict- Azamgarh, has remained pending for very long.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Upziladhikari/Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Sadar, Disrict-Azamgarh, to decide the petitioner's restoration application filed in the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and cooperates in the proceedings.
