The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 515 of 2019 within a stipulated period. The petitioner has also prayed for an injunction restraining the defendants- respondents from interfering in his possession.
The application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner in the suit is already pending before the trial court, therefore, there is no occasion for this Court to pass any injunction order in favour of the petitioner, at this stage.
So far as the relief for expeditious disposal of the suit is concerned, needless to mention that the suit is a recently instituted one and thus no direction in that regard is required to be issued.
