Gaon Sabha has been impleaded as a party but no copy of the writ petition is served upon the counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha.
The counsel for the petitioner shall serve a copy of the writ petition upon the counsel representing the Gaon Sabha within 24 hours.
The counsel for the petitioner states that the case of the petitioner is that he was in possession over the land in dispute on the basis of an asami patta on start of consolidation operations. On an objection filed by the petitioner, his claim was admitted by the Gram Pradhan and an order passed in favour of the petitioner its the basis in conciliation proceedings.
Prima facie, there is nothing on record to show that the Pradhan was ever authorized to admit the claim of the petitioner or enter into a compromise.
