Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come up to this Court with the grievance that once demarcation has been finalized by the revenue authority under Section 24 of the U.P.Revenue Code, 2006, the respondents have again destroyed the demarcation. The petitioner wanted to lodge an FIR against them but the FIR was not registered by the concerned SHO of the Police Station.
The petitioner may make an application for filing of an FIR in the concerned Police Station before the Superintendent of Police, who will pass appropriate orders with regard to filing of an FIR before the appropriate Police Station.
With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
