Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondents.
The petitioner has preferred with the following prayers:-
"[I] Direct the learned court below i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jaunpur to decide suit being O.S. No.1032 of 1991 (hndrawati Vs. Khilodhar & others) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jaunpur since 10.10.1991 within stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court."
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending since 1991, till date no decision has been final taken and prays for expeditious disposal Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Jaunpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably with a period of one year from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
