Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not to be issued to the private respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to Consolidation Officer, Campierganj Camp, Gorakhpur to decide the Consolidation Case No.101 under Section 9A (2) of U.P. Consolidation Act (Mantu Vs. Radheshyam and others) expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Consolidation Officer, Campierganj Camp, Gorakhpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost.
