Heard Sri C.S.Kushwaha, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State.
At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State states that the F.I.R. has been lodged in the instant case as case crime no.14 of 2018 under Sections 363 and 366 IPC, P.S. Tarkulava, District-Deoria.
Faced with the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
