Heard learned Advocate Mr. Pathan for the applicant, learned A.P.P. Mr. Jani for the respondent No.1 - State and learned Advocate Mr. Mishra for the respondent No.2. I have also perused the papers produced before me.

Learned Advocate Mr. Pathan has contended that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court has not considered the income of the husband and wrongly awarded less maintenance to the applicant - wife, though he has produced on record the documentary evidence showing the salary of the husband.
