By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court alleging that the private respondents namely respondent no.4 to 12 have illegally occupied the house of the petitioner and, therefore, a direction be given to the police authorities and the district administration to get them evicted.
It is to be noted that no such direction can be given to the authorities. The petitioner has to establish his right by filing a suit for eviction. As such, no relief can granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
