Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no.2 to decide the case No.T- 201814360103240 (Rambali Versus Chhedi Lal and others) under Section 24 U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 village Imampur, Pargana Anguli, Tehsil Shahganj,District Jaunpur filed by the petitioner expeditiously with a short time bound period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It has been stated that the proceedings instituted by the petitioner under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in May 2019 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
