Heard Mr. Santosh Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 8th August, 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the second line of the second paragraph of the order dated 8th August, 2018, the date of the summoning order has been mentioned as "15th April, 2018". The same is incorrect, as the correct date of the summoning order is "17th April, 2017". He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistake be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of the date "15th April, 2018" as occurring in the second line of the second paragraph of the order dated 8th August, 2018, the date "15th April, 2017" shall be read.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 8th August, 2018.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application stands finally disposed of.
