The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to Civil Judge (J.D.), Jaunpur to decide the restoration application no.55 of 2015 (Ramawati Vs. Dharm Raj) filed in Original Suit No.107 of 1996 (Suresh Vs. Dharm Raj) within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the concerned court below to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties Order Date :- 25.2.2021 Pramod Tripathi
