ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4, in taking action against respondent No.5 on the petitioner’s representations, dated 04.08.2014 and 08.09.2014, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Telangana State), on instructions, submitted that following the enquiry made by respondent No.4, respondent No.3 has issued a show cause notice on 28.11.2014 to respondent No.5, to which respondent No.5 has submitted her explanation on 10.12.2014 and that the same is under consideration. Learned Government Pleader submitted that an appropriate order will be passed by respondent No.3 shortly.
In the light of the action taken by respondent No.3 on the petitioner’s representations, it cannot be said that respondent No.3 is guilty of inaction as alleged by the petitioner. However, as held out by respondent No.3, he shall pass appropriate order within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.49023 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
