JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Counsel appearing for the appellants has circulated a letter to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and today, he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the same, permission is granted. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
