The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died on 07.12.2013 and he has also produced a Death Certificate of the petitioner, dated 11.12.2013, bearing Registration No.101/2013/01, issued by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths, Rajapalayam Municipality.
