Civil Misc. Substitution Application.
The petitioner-Ramashrey Saroj expired on 8.6.2007 leaving behind his widow Smt. Rani Saroj and two sons, namely, Sri Rajesh Kumar and Sri Rajendra Saroj as his legal heirs. The substitution application is allowed. In front of name of Ramashrey Saroj, the word since deceased be mentioned and his legal heirs Smt. Rani Saroj, Sri Rajesh Kumar and Sri Rajendra Saroj be impleaded as petitioner nos. 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3. The substitution be carried out within a period of one week.
