Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful defiance of the order dated 30.05.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.13290 of 2018 (Committee of Management Nageshwar Prasad Purva Madhyamik Vidyalaya v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
In response to the order dated 28.05.2019 both the officers are present.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties has filed affidavits of compliance along with exemption/ deferment application mentioning therein that the order in question would be complied with in letter and spirit within two weeks.
Once categorical undertaking has been given by the opposite parties, present contempt application stands disposed of asking the opposite parties to comply the writ Court order in question in letter and spirit within two weeks. The notices, if any, stand discharged. The presence of the officers are dispensed with.
