JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel has stated that he has received report from Superintendent of Police, Banda through FAX, copy of which has been handed over to the learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri A.B. Singhal, learned Counsel for the VCI, New Delhi and the same has also been sent to VCI, New Delhi, who have also been telephonically informed by the concerned authority.
In view of the above, the applicant shall be at liberty to take copy of the report, which has been received by S.P., Banda to VCI, New Delhi, if so advised.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the opinion that the present application has become infructuous. Accordingly, same is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
