The Court finds no ground to issue any peremptory directions for expeditious disposal of a suit in which the plaintiff himself took steps for service only in 2017.
Consequently, while the Court refuses to issue the writs as prayed for it is only observed that the concerned Court shall endeavour to dispose of the pending Case No. 266 of 2012 (Raamashankar @ Gharbharan Vs. Babu Lal) with expedition and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to parties.
Petition stands disposed of.
