JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the direction issued by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.20635 of 2014 dated 09.06.2014 has been complied with and he has also circulated an order passed by the Deputy Registrar, Sivagangai District Co-operative Bank Ltd., Sivagangai dated 18.05.2015, to the respondent in this regard.
2.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
