The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the case with liberty to file an appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. The petitioners are at liberty to file an appeal before the competent Court. The Registry is directed to return the original copy of the order passed by the trial court to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
