It is represented that the letter of the petitioner, dated 19.09.2015 was considered by the respondent as per the order passed by this Court dated 30.10.2015 and he was directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards Suppression of the Material Fact.

2. Since the said amount was not paid, the respondent did not reissue the passport to the petitioner and also communicated the same to the petitioner.

3.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
