ORDER The petitioner in the above writ petition has sought to quash Annexure-E dated 25.09.2014 passed by the respondent/Deputy Commissioner, Shivamogga.
2. On 19.12.2014, learned Additional Government Advocate was directed to take notice for the respondent. This Court has not granted any interim Order.
3. Sri Vasanth V. Fernandes, learned High Court Government Pleader, on instructions from Sri Jayappa, Deputy Director, Food and Civil Supplies, Shivamogga, submits that petitioner has been running the fair price shop, in view of the authorization given.
4. The submission is placed on record.
5. Neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present before the Court.
6. In view the submission made by the learned High Court Government Pleader, writ petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous.
