This is an appeal of the year 2009. Lower court record has been received. On account of the receipt of the lower court record, the claimants are unable to get the compensation as the court below is not proceeding ahead in the absence of the record. Therefore, a prayer has been made that the record of the court below be sent back so as to faciliate the payment.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the record of the court below be returned for the time being with the specific direction that it may be sent back to the High Court within 6 months.
