JUDGMENT / ORDER

Respondent No.2 appears in person and seeks time.
Mr.
Nitin Amin, learned advocate for the applicants submits that the impugned complaint is filed by the complainant on the ground that disciplinary action is taken against respondent No.2 for not resuming the duty on transfer to another department and respondent No.2 has assaulted the officer of the applicant company in which respondent No.2 was working. Further it is submitted that applicants No. 3 and 4 belong to scheduled caste and offences are lodged under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
In view of the above, time is granted as prayed for to respondent No.2.
However investigation of impugned complaint shall remain stayed.
Stand over to 15.3.2012.
