This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to dismiss the petition as not pressed since criminal case has been disposed of by the trial Court.
The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed.
In view of dismissal of main petition, I.A. No.1/2019 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
