JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. Heard the learned Government Pleader.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the Writ Petition was filed in August 2012 and due to lapse of two years, the relief claimed in the Writ Petition does not survive and the same has become infructuous.
Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
