JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the plaintiff would submit subsequent to the filing of the suit, some of the defendants have filed RCOP.No.565 of 2016 against the plaintiff. Hence, the learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit and she has also filed a memo to that effect. The memo is recorded. He has also made an endorsement.
2. In view of the memo and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
