JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr. B.M.Mangukiya, ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission to amend the cause title of the affidavit, which is tendered today. Permission granted. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. The affidavit is taken on record.
2. The said affidavit is filed by the ld. Advocate appearing for the petitioner herein, indicating that, even though, it is mentioned in the order that the hearing was granted, no hearing was granted. Hence, Notice be issued for final disposal, returnable on 18.09.2012. Direct service is permitted.
