JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14153 of 2010 that the C.C.No.10816 of 2008, on the file of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, was already disposed of. Therefore, nothing survives in both the Criminal Original Petitions. Hence, the prayer in these Criminal Original Petitions have become infructuous.
2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14153 of 2010, both the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as one having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
