1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge sheet dated 29.4.2017 as well as entire proceeding of Case No. 3566 of 2017, arising out of Case Crime No. 96 of 2017 (State Vs. Rohit Yadav and others), under Sections 323, 427, 504, 506, IPC & 3(1)10 SC/St Act, Police Station Tiwaripur, District Gorakhpur, pending in the court of Juvenile Justice Board, District Gorakhpur.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly states that the facts giving rise to the present application are more or less identical to that of the Application u/s 482 No. 9541 of 2018 filed by the co-accused Rohit Yadav, which has already been disposed of by the Court vide order dated 23.3.2018.
4. The present application is also disposed of on the same terms and conditions.
