Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. Perused the record. Correction application is allowed.
In the light of the submission made on behalf of counsel for the petitioners, the following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 12.06.2019 :-
"In the third paragraph of the order, in place of "List this matter on 06.08.2019, till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in case crime no. 0241 of 2019, under section 306, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Khorabar, District Gorakhpur." it shall be read as "List this matter on 06.08.2019, till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in case crime no.0259 of 2019, under section 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(D) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S.
Kotwali, District Basti."
